You can get a good view of NYC skyline and it was beautiful at night to watch it. Please do note, there is not much long term parking so if driving with a car you may not be able to park easily.
There is a public lot just behind the house that has metered spots but only for a max of 2 hours until 9PM, it is free from 9PM to 9AM but it would be hard to find spots in the evening as it gets filled by late afternoon. La habitación pequeña, pero con todo lo necesario para 2 personas, baño limpio y con agua caliente, cama cómoda.

To be fair, the terms were clear from the start, and we were asking for a favour; but on the day of checkout there were still no bookings for the same evening, and we would have liked to return to shower in the apartment before leaving for the airport. The only downside I would point out is that it can get quite noise because of the people upstairs, one hears footsteps and voices sometimes at night or early morning.

I'm not used to being in area this bad. The hosts were very nice and the apartment looked new. There are two things that made my stay uncomfortable: I was afraid to open a windows because of the ruff neighborhood so it got very hot inside. I would recommend against anyone staying here.
This is no place to feel comfortable and safe although it is clean and new. Bad location, hard beds and hot. I booked for 2 nights but could only stand one night of misery. Yoko and Taro were great hosts, the house was very nice and clean, and very accommodating to my needs.
The house was located in a great neutral part of jersey city that was close Newark, Hoboken, and the city. I would absolutely stay there again. They provided everything what we want. I like cleaning and facilities in home. It was a stylish and spacious apartment close to Manhattan.
